I watched movie ‘The Painist’ last weekend. This movie is based on true events. I can’t beileive this story just happen about 70 years ago.The main character is a talented pianist. He had a good life, but he was treated inhumanely during world war II because he was a Jew.The film shows the brutlaity of many German soldiers. But it was a German officer who saved the main character at his worst . I think there are no absolutely good people and bad people in this world.
The painist ‘s friend someone who was really help him, and someone only use his reputation to earn money. So Germans have good people or bad people,Jews also have good people or bad people.War relvels human nature.I read a lot about the real story behind the moive. The pianist was lucky enough to survive and continue to work as painist. The German officer died in prison as a war criminal. The pianist wanted to save him but not successful. This movie is very famous and has won many awards,I think it deserved. This movie gave me a deep impression, and I’m getting more and more interested in World War II.
