To be as a risk analyst in the company, the main responsibility of mine is to assess our clients’ quality and then give preliminary decision whether we would assign a certain credit limit or not. Meanwhile, I also assist other departments, such as assets department and sales department, in recovering our funds in terms of our policies.

For most of time in the past, our clients could pay on time. However, due to large scale spread of Coronavirus around the world, some clients’ operation are impacted and they could not obtain enough cash to pay us. We are now checking how much affection they suffered and preparing to draft necessary measures to deal with it. It is properly we will delay the payment term and lowing the interest rate they expect. The reason we make a concession is that we want to keep long-term relationship with them. After all, we are difficult to find more clients with better qualification in current situation. We are public company listed on HK stock market and it is quite important to show fair business performance.
