Writing exercise

I started to exercise last October, because I was unhealthy, The doctor said you should exercise at least twice a week. In the beginning, I bought an online course which was how to build body in 28 days. I practiced with the video at home. After 5 days I gave up. I must stare at the computer to practice that is so boring. I thought that I need a professional trainer to teach me. So I decided to go to the gym. The trainer gave me some advice, he think you were too thin and need to increase muscle by doing weights and you should eat more meat like chicken and beef .Now I have exercised for two months. I think exercise make me relax.
