Writing exercise

My daily day
I used to be a project manager, because of the job nature, I like to arrange my life in advance. My work time is from 9:30 to 19:00 everyday, so I will spent the most of every piece of my time to do something. I wake up at 7:45 in every morning. The first thing is to turn on my Bose sound, and connect my phone Bluetooth, then play some app about reading.
Some reading APP will summarize the essence of a book. If I don’t have time to read, I will get some knowledge and information by listening books.
It takes 45 minutes from washing to making up to going out. The morning time is always arranged by this way, generally no more than 45 minutes. It need 40minutes to take the subway, and arrive at the company to start the work.
I get off work at 7:00 PM if I don’t need to work overtime. After work, I will have a easy dinner, and then I go home. It spents me one hour to have an exercise, Anaerobic + aerobic. Having an exercise is the thing which I have been doing this for ten years. Because I think exercise can not only keep fit, buy also be good for my health, and it can also make me better and better. Afterwards I will take a shower and then I read some books for one hour before going to bed.
This is may slow day.
