Yoga class
Today happened a breakthrough in my life,like a miracle. I was at yoga class today and so, we tried to stand on the head again. The teacher explained how we should put our hands, our head on the floor and also which was the correct form that you put your body. It was awesome moment, I felt a really good when I should climb my feet some centimeters from the floor. There weren’t very high, but for me was enough.
I’m seeing a few changes on my body this time that I’ve been going to these classes, so far.

It was an awesome moment, and I felt a really good when I could climb / hold my feet some / a few centimeters from the floor. They weren’t very high, but for me it was enough.
