According to my boss, One of the important thing is that I should assist him to manage the company, coordinating all the departments and following the process of the projects. So I know all the businesses of our company, How the business run and what the most important details are. However I can’t focus on one special item. I usually care about the deadline 、purpose and the goal of the projects as well as possible. Because My boss hope I could manage a branch in the future, even though I don’t have adequate skills now. But I will do my best and look forward it.

However I can’t just focus on one specific thing, because, I usually need to pay attention to the deadline 、purpose and the goal of the projects as closely / much as possible. Because My boss hopes I could manage a branch in the future, even though I don’t have adequate / enough skills / I’m not qualified / I don’t know enough about it now. But I will do my best and look forward it.
