I signed the contract with the landlord/about the new office yesterday. The contract extend is one year. I have paid three months’ rent and one month deposit to the landlord. I had checked the contract clearly before I signed it. The most important term is that we have to pay two months’ rent as liquidated damages to the landlord if we cancel the contract in one year. The office is on XiKang road, The good news is that there are many restaurants nearby and the bad news is that it is far from the underground also it just takes me 15mins to walk from the underground to the office. I will rent the MoBai bicycle every day to finish the distance.Now the office is empty.Next step is going to renovate the office. Luckily my college will responsible for this job.
