Which kind of people is perfectionist?
I think an haIf of me is.
In the work, I am a perfectionist. Sometimes, my subordinates hadn’t finish thier job well, I will disappointed and angry, because I think, this job is a easy job, they shoud do well. Maybe it’s not a good way to handle my work, the better way is to tell them how to be better and what is the standard. I am finding the balance in my work.
In the daily life, I am not a perfectionist. I often put things anywhere, when I want to use them, I cant’t find them. If I should do shomething, I will do it at the dideline, when I must do it.
I think many people are like this. Sometimes is a perfectionist, sometimes is not.

Which kind of people are perfectionists?
I think half of me is a perfectionist.
At work, I am a perfectionist. Sometimes, if my subordinates don’t finish their work / tasks / projects / what I give them well, I will be disappointed and angry, because I think, this job is a easy job / this is an easy thing to do / this work is easy, they should do it well. stressed – too much pressure so feel really bad, unhappy, can’t sleep, bad mood 
anxious – negative feeling because can’t control sth, a little scared

barely = hardly = almost not / almost nothing
eg. I have barely any friends

criticism – negative
praise – positive
eg. I try to give honest feedback with some criticism and some praise. I criticize people sometimes but praise them other time.

to get angry – suddenly become

take work home with you – do overtime / work overtime
someone I work with – colleague
someone I went to school with – classmate
