Did you get a / the chance to check (on) this / follow up on this with the bank? Or did you receive any feedback from the bank on the document supplementary issue?
It will soon be 3 weeks / it has almost been 3 weeks since the payment was submitted at your end. We’re still not receiving it / we’ve still not received it at our end which means we still have not been paid, and on top of this, I’m not getting your reply / I still have not been receiving any replies from you.
This leaves me with no choice other than to flag your account as a long time open account and being slow on communication.
Surely this will result in an operating difficulties between your office and our export department. I hope you can understand that I have my duty to cover / that I have a job to do, and I need your attention on this urgent issue.
