I have been working out with him for 16 months. In my gym course I can do exercise 2-3 times per week and each class lasts 1H. Each move the coach teaches me looks similar, but the target muscles are different. As the saying goes, the grass is always greener on the other side. When I watch he does some action, I always think it is very easy, but that isn’t the case when I do it.
He has a good habit of learning 10 English words every day in Baicizhan（a English study app like open language）, but I couldn’t be bothered. He also like talk with me in shanghainese. Because he is from Hunan, he wants to practice Shanghai dialect more.

I went to the park / I went to the bank / I looked the word up in the dictionary / I took the metro to work = obvious / the point is WHAT I did, not WHERE or WHICH THING I did it with.
