Writing exercise

Today,I would like to introduce my personal trainer to you. His name is Jason, but we all affectionately call him bearded teacher out of there’s a lot of facial hair on his face.
I have been working out with him for 16 months. In my gym course I can do exercise 2-3 times per week and each class lasts 1H. Each move the coach teaches me looks similar, but the target muscles are different. As the saying goes, the grass is always greener on the other side. When I watch he does some action, I always think it is very easy, but that isn’t the case when I do it.
He has a good habit of learning 10 English words every day in Baicizhan(a English study app like open language), but I couldn’t be bothered. He also like talk with me in shanghainese. Because he is from Hunan, he wants to practice Shanghai dialect more.
