Do some writing about kids education in China. What do you hope for your kids? Do you want the same childhood for them as you had? Why / why not? What changes would you make for your kids?

Last year, i tried to fast for 3 days in our yoga classroom. During the fasting we could dink and talk each other without any food. In the morning, we practised meditation and pranayama for 2 hours with our teacher. The meditation can relax my body and focus in my mind, it was very comfortable and peaceful ,but in the end my legs felt numb. And then we stretched the muscles for a half of hour. In the afternoon, the teacher taught us did the yoga mantra. I think it was interesting,i have never do it before. On the third day, i had serious stomachache at night as i didn’t eat anything. But i felt better after recieved acupuncture by the teacher. It was magic. After fasting we can only eat some vegetable soup for one week. It was good for our stomach.

hug / kiss / punch / touch – very direct, so can’t use prepositions because the need an object 100% of the time

focus my mind – make my mind focused
focus on my teacher – look at and listen to my teacher

talk / speak / shop / sing – can use prepositions, but don’t need them always

spare / free time – time you can use to do what you want.

eg. the roads are very complex / driving in SH is very complex 

traffic – the cars, buses, trucks on the road
eg. the traffic is really bad in the morning and around 5pm

eg. the public transport around my house is really convenient

the schools are really expensive
