I extend two more days through invitation for flight traveling usage, please kindly apply the visa if needed first, we have no detail plan for this trip by now but will share a rough plan very soon. Please be advised that / FYI there have been some changes for the travel plan, as below. / Please see below for the changes to the travel plan for the upcoming trip to Europe.

We are thrilled to announce that the August offsite meeting will be in a French / in Paris and another European city nearby! / as well as another yet to be decided European city. I plan to / will / intend to extend the trip by two more days which will be reflected in the invitation. The new dates for the trip will be 1st to 10th inclusive / with us returning to the office on the 11th. The reason for this adjustment is to allow for the flight travel time. So, please kindly apply for the visa if needed (at least 14 days) in advance. We have no detailed plan for this trip so far / yet but I will share a rough plan very soon. If anything is not clear, please feel free to let me know. (Let me know if you have any questions) Many thanks.
