For a new employee in my team, I need to give her a guidance which will make her have a smooth beginning in our company.

First, I will give her a short introduction to company’s department, especially departments which have a close cooperation with our department. Meanwhile, I will also take her to meet the key users who have communication with us frequently.

Secondly, it is necessary for her that a systematically introduction for project management methodology applying in our company. I will show her a flow chat for project management tools, methods, input and output which make her work more easier.

Last but most important, I will show her the logic behind every system, such as basic business logic, business flow, database structure and special guidance for specific system and so on.

All above is step by step guidance for a newcomer for our team.
