Last week , I discussed couples of topics with my friends, we could also continue to talk about these issues. The answers are what I said about these topics.

1. What do you think about sharing economy?

A: The sharing economy is an amazing idea in recent years, which provides convenience to the public, like Mobike shorten the last one kilometer from home to the subway station.
• It even redefine the trip mode from the traditional way.
• But I think sharing economy is a little related with charitable character. Nearly every sharing economy company spent a lot of money to educate the market and promote their product to the customer.
• But they didn’t find an effective way to earn money ,which means there is no effective business model to grow up strongly.
so I think maybe the government should paly a positive role to help the sharing economy company grow up. Not only relying on the capital to drive the market.

2. Which of the following things is the most crucial element of a successful workplace :a helpful boss, friendly co-workers , or a flexible schedule?

A: These are all the essential elements to establish a successful workplace. Maybe people in different stage of their career path would prioritize different element to the top1.

• For example, if you are an entry-level staff, you would like there would be a helpful boss to lead you with his experience and training to grow fast and strongly.
• When you just join a new team, you would hope your colleagues would be friendly ,the atmosphere in office would be in harmony and full of laughter, which means you would feel comfortable to work with these people, because they are very collaborative and willing to help each other.
• But when you are promoted to a higher place, you would like a flexible schedule , because you would have too many task to complete. Not only your working responsibility ,maybe there would be many executive task to be consider.So maybe you need a flexible schedule to reorganize these task.
So I think these elements are all essential. In different stage, you would prioritize different one to the first.

3. Nowadays, many people find their social network on the internet. Do you think it is a positive trend?

A: It’s definitely a positive trend. The networking apps make the communication and relationship more convenient and easier.

• The networking online expand the limitation of region. If you have an account, you would get connection with people far away.
• You would expand daily social scope to get exposed to strangers who can’t be touched without social apps.

So the online networking has diversified our life. The popularity also proves it’s a booming trend for the public to social online.
