Hi all,

I know Taipei is still working on a new schedule so I only have Beijing and Shanghai updates this week according to specific class numbers we should add from Ayisha. The number of candidates, who were initially screened, have increased to 71. There are 44 and 27 candidates in Beijing and Shanghai respectively. Some candidates, who could teach 2 modalities, are counted twice.

Cycle 

In order for us to reach our target of adding 21 and 50 cycling classes in Shanghai and Beijing respectively, it’s essential that we bring at least 10 cycling instructor candidates and 20 instructor candidates into our training program. (The conversion rate is estimated to be 20%, that some candidates could successfully become our instructors.)

Currently we have 13 shanghai instructor candidates and 5 Beijing instructor candidates, achieving 60% (18/30). 3 of Beijing instructor candidates (Blair, HooYang, Tony)  are almost ready to teach. Ayisha will lead a fundamental training in Shanghai on April 1-5.

Barre/ Moves/ Yoga /HIIT 

We have a target of adding a minimum of 170 classes in Shanghai‘s existing 2 studios and 29 classes in Beijing‘s existing 2 studios. We need to approach and go through the process of training at least 12-14 and 3 instructors in Shanghai and Beijing respectively. The conversion rate is estimated to be 20% so we should have 60-70 instructor candidates in Shanghai and 15 (instructor candidates) in Beijing. Now we exceeded our targets in Beijing (21 / 15) but we just managed to reach 53% (32/60) of the target in Shanghai.

This target should be doubled for Mainland China because in addition to increasing classes and attendance rates we are opening new studios in Shanghai and Beijing.
