Hi team,

The number of candidates, who were initial screened, are increased to 63. There are 27 candidates in Beijing and 36 candidates in Shanghai. Some candidates, could teach 2 modalities are counted twice. Here are city updates according to modalities that are particularly weak in every city and class schedule should be added. Meanwhile, some candidates, who were initial screened are also updated as below.

Beijing
Cycle: minimum of 50 cycle classes should be added in current 2 studios. In other words, we should have 4 more instructors, teaching 11-12 classes per week.

• Blair was an ex-Gu teacher and is getting trained by Ayisha. She is nearly to teach.
• Tony was also an ex-Gu teacher and just had a chat with Aysiha last weekend.
• Matt is a SPACE member and a free diving coach. He is easy going and needs to have a full training.

Barre/ Yoga/ Moves
Minimum of 29 classes for all modalities except Cycle should be added in current 2 studios. In other words, we should have 3 more instructors, teaching 11-12 classes per week.

– A yoga candidate, Jojo needs to have a full training
– Tsao Rui is very suited for our brand. She is potential to teach barre and moves. Her current hourly rate is high. The next step is we request her to do a video recording for her class

Shanghai

– Angela did a full class demo. Her choreography is good but the cueing should be improved. Plan to offer a full training for her.

– Koko is a street dancer and a dance instructor. She has solid dance background and is potential to teach barre and moves. She will take more classes in Taipei to see how she likes the classes at Space.

– Yoga candidates, Yalan, Candice, Yumar are preparing teaching demo videos.

– Shun is interested in taking a cycle training and has potential to teach barre and yoga. He’s in army from March to July and plans to move to Shanghai after finishing the army.

• Roy is in army and teaching cycle classes in weekends at Taipei. He wants to move to Shanghai and also train moves program after he terminates to be in army in September.

Taipei:

Taipei team is working on a new template schedule and will figure out how many class number should be added and how many teachers we should look for now.

Cross- City discussion

• Toy is open for the opportunities in Beijing and Shanghai. He would like to stay in Shanghai for 3 months and Beijing for 3 months to decide which city he is based in the future. At the same time, we should look for a star cycling instructor, replacing him and talk about his relocation package.
