if I am speaking honestly，I don’t think a woman can do better than a man in the top position like president or company leader, even I am a woman.
As we all know that woman’s biology is different to man’s and sometime it is an advantage but sometime it isn’t. If a woman goes to the presidential competition then she and her team always emphasize female’s gentler and gender equality. It will get some female and some ruoshiqunti s’ supporting because the female wants to have gender equality and the ruoshiqunti are wish for care.
Of course, a female president will pay more attention to them but in front of one country’s overall development it is a very little thing. The president should have more strategy thinking and pays more attention of the whole, but most of women always like to focus on some details and their logical thinking determine their geju.
Maybe some people will say that the most of leaders are male because of sexism but my opinion is the most important reason is nature of gender. Male has more hongguan(macroscopical) thinking abilities and they have more sprits. Sometimes they have more aggressiveness than women and I think for people who at the top position to do management or development these abilities and nature are advantages.
Sometimes the people’s ability and character decide their job and position and it doesn’t relate to gender, because of the nature of man and woman the job type will divided by gender obviously.

Males have a more broad way of thinking and they have more spirit / determination. Sometimes they have more aggressiveness than women and I think for people who at the top position to do management or development these abilities and nature are at an advantage / in an advantageous position.
Sometimes people’s ability and character decide their job and position and it doesn’t relate to gender, and because of the nature of man and woman the job type will be divided by gender clearly.
