I think a good manager maybe not very smart man. basically i think a good manager should have a plan ability. he or she (they?) is able to know how can balance different members. i know someone who is a talent or a genius but this people who are very stubborn. So, his or hers staffs / it’s harder to follow him or her.

One of who named Mary. Mary is same title or level with me. Both of us are director in our apartment. Mary is a very smart girl. She is very humorous but in the work I think she is a little bit direct. Such like speech and behavior. For example if our team will brainstorming a project (pr) she always argued with our boss directly. I don’t think it’s not a bad way but I prefer more indirect / subtle approach in the work. I have 2 staffs. Sandy and Yin. They are very different. Sandy is very lovely. She is more funny and wants to talk about more to me but she is a little bit lazy. I think she is mother so she’s not very positive in the work. I like Yin more because she is smarter than Sandy and she is a beautiful girl, very pretty, but she is introverted most of time she is thinking than talking. I think it is a good way in the work but maybe in the relationship of us I hope she will talk more than doing something.

I think only one difficult thing is if you don’t like your staff, for example they have some obvious (pr) problems what should you do, I think it’s very difficult. You fire them, no… and you change them, I don’t know.
