Dear Jesse,

Glad to meet you in person yesterday, before we just communicated through emails and phones. It is very nice to clear out some confusions that we had from previous phone call.

For the issue that the painting pattern looks different on the glass, after checked with vendor, they advised that since all the patterns were hand-painted by different workers, not by machine. Even though, our vendor has already trained their workers how to paint this pattern, sometimes it was still a little bit different depends on the painting skill that workers have. It is really difficult to ask all of them to paint exactly the same. But of course, if the pattern really look very different, the factory will pick out those products and redo the new ones. Please understand the limitation of the hand-painted products.

Also, if you can recall, the reason you want to do this product in the first place is because you like the spontaneous design of this kind of product. If all the patterns look identical, we are afraid that it will lose its selling feature to attract customer.

Please advise your comments in return or we can set up a VC to talk more about this issue. We can also invite the vendor to the VC, they can explain to you how they perform product inspection and you can advise your expectation on the products to them.
