My ex-colleagues complained my replacement to me these days for his comprehension is bad and he likes to fawn on my ex-boss.
Last week, I helped Zora to explain one ex-client’s problem to him and after a very clear explanation, he still raised some questions which I have already told to him before.
Also, he’s not responsible team leader I think because he just asks his team member to do everything without any supporting from himself.
One of my ex-team members resign last week, and she said to me that she can tolerate one idiot boss but not two.
I have already left my old company for more than 1 month but they still ask me some questions. Maybe it is my fault, because I took much responsibility before.
