Good morning. Thanks for your update schedule.
30th Oct is okay for us, but as per talking, the exact timing is depended on your work speed and quality of drawings & site.

However, you misunderstood about the setting out inspection and the interim inspection. Please find below clarification for your reference.
1, Setting Out Inspection
The setting out inspection is to check whether the site dimension are the same as design. Thus it only can be arranged after the completion of demolishment. And when your setting out plan had been approved, the actual construction procedure could be started. I will send you an indication of setting out procedure later.
According to your schedule, if it needs around 6 days for demolishment since from 19th Aug., thus the setting out inspection can be arranged on 26th or 27th Aug. The façade mock up inspection could be done at the same time.
2, Interim Inspection
The interim Inspection is to check whether all the concealing work has been completed and maintain our quality standard.
According to your schedule, HVAC, MEP and the other piping will be completed on 9th Sep. Thus the interim inspection could be arranged right after, on 10th Sep.
