There are big difference between the way Chinese parents with provide their children’s future which is in my ages and nowadays. When I was a kid in forty years ago,China was a very poor country and people was living in a bad situation. My mother told me that my little brother was very weak to easy for catching flu ,because he didn’t have enough food with malnourish and also my parent couldn’t provide comfort food for him. So for my parents the big challenge was that if they could provide us full meals, and for education let us go to school for learning knowledge was common. For the future my parents told us do as possible as to study and join into the university which is for to find a good salary job. But now parents are providing everything for their children which is spend all of their money. Children’s education cost is in high percentage from family incomes, and parent support money for children to buy new apartment for marry are very popular in China. Parent is trying to do double for their kids as themselves never owns parts. Meanwhile they also expect their children to become successful person,and It ‘s look like the same success as themselves. So lots of children got too much pressure from their parent to made the relationship bad. I am not sure which kinds of relationship better between west world and east world.
