The case this time is a typical demanding case, I had worked late till 12am for three days this week. Luckily, the project manager is good at managing the work schedule and arranging team members’ time, I think he tries his best to control the late-working days.
As the most junior employee in this project, my main duty is to support Dr. Zhou, the only fast-promoted employee in last peer.

In the two weeks I worked with him, I sort of feel the gap between our working abilities— apart from being more mature in personality than me, he is better at balance efficiency and quality of work. But as for me, I often spend more time than necessary to ensure the quality of my work
