The client has just asked me why they have to pay VAT+Local surcharges+CIT, since they carried out compensations in the last few years / in recent years and they never paid taxes on them / these compensations.
Please, could you check the compensations made in the last few years, if any? If so, why did they not pay taxes?
Can you confirm that they will have to pay taxes if they will proceed with the compensation?

Since the employee has been working with XXX since April 16th and the company has already signed the employment’s agreement, I would get your advice about the opportunity to start the procedure of the opening of the social contribution fund, housing fund and e-tax even if we have not yet received the YYY’s service agreement duly signed.
We are also waiting to know when the employee will come back to China in order to collect her signature.
