I had a terrible headache from the day before yesterday, I never met it like this situation before . I couldn’t focus on anything and my head was drop out and empty, and even I took medicine doesn’t have any affective. I dropped into a bad mood and couldn’t sleeping well. My husband complained about my snoring this morning. My nose was stop to go through the air and I couldn’t take breathe. I had to take breathe with my mouth which was so uncomfortable. I had nose inflammation so if I had cold that I was in a bad situation from my nose firstly. Maybe in recent days I went swimming too much and my body couldn’t protected myself from outside.

I had to take a breath with my mouth which was so uncomfortable. I have a nose inflammation so if I have a cold I will have a problem from my nose first. Maybe in recent days / recently I went swimming too much and my body couldn’t protect itself from the outside.
