I am going to Switzerland and Austria on February 27th to March 9th 2018, because there is a vacation for a week in my daughter school. It is not a long time for go back to China, so I decided to go to Swiss spend holiday with her. I reserved a Zurich hotel on a trip Website, and a couple of day after, I forgot it and I did it again. When I realized it ,I try to chancel a booking. At this times I found that I was booking the room of the contract which couldn’t chancel and change. Firstly I asked the agent to help me to talk with hotel, then I got the reply was ” couldn’t “. Fortunately on March 6th to 9th 2018 , I still didn’t do any plan for myself and my daughter will go back to school on March 6th. I had a phone call to hotel to ask if I can change one booking date ? They were very kind to tell me that this case it’s OK ,So I change my plan to stay on Zurich much more days and iI will go to Bern by train and other place. I felt I had a senior moment sometimes during the holiday….

Fortunately on March 6th to 9th 2018 , I still didn’t make any plan for myself and my daughter will go back to school on March 6th. I made a phone call to the hotel to ask if I could change one booking date ? They were very kind to tell me that in this case it’s OK ,So I changed my plan to stay in Zurich a few more days and I will go to Bern and other places by train. I felt I had a senior moment sometimes during the holidays….
