This week’s weather was most like real winter in JAN , as it was colder than before. In four seasons I don’t prefer winter, even if winter created lots of contribution for human being life .I was born in northern of china and as usual temperature was about minus 20 degrees , which was feeling so cold and lonely.
I even thought it weren’t suitable for people to living at there,because outside colour were just gray and white in winter . I haven’t found any green for life energy, also it’s hard for daily life.

I even thought it wasn’t suitable for people to live there, because outside the colors were just gray and white in winter. I didn’t find any green which could give me energy for life and also I think winter makes life very hard.

eg. stir fried noodles are very common in China

eggs benedict – poached eggs with bacon / ham, lettuce, hollandaise sauce

consistency – the feeling, shape, liquid / solid etc.
eg. when you make hallandaise sauce, you want the consistency to be a little thick and smooth
