Mr Bean reading a newspaper and he sees a windmil can make electricity, so he wants to make a windmil to make the room warm up. Mr Bean uses many things to make a big windmil and he works very hard and his neighbour makes a big chicken and she sees Mr Bean and she didn’t know what Mr Bean is doing. Mr Bean uses some scarfs and clothes to make the windmil move. He is very happy. Then the windmil is moving so it makes a lot of electricity. Mr Bean plugs in some power cables into a power board and the cable goes upstairs.
