contagious – able to give sickness to someone else
eg. Corona virus is very contagious but a headache is not contagious at all.

eg. I had to quarantine for 14 days after I returned from Japan

I helped write this 

when people meet other people they could be infected by them / they could get the infection from them because the virus is so contagious. I did nothing at home for the past 2 month because I must quarantine with my family to help the country to stop / control the spread of the virus
