I know it = now I understand it
I knew it = before I understood it / was familiar with it but now I’m not

I think = now I believe sth
I thought = in the past I believed it, but now I have changed what I believe

spread – go from 1 person to many / others

vaccine – medicine that you take to stop getting sick in the future – yi miao

epidemic (a sickness that spreads within 1 country quickly) / pandemic (all over the world sickness)

symptom – the problems you feel from a sickness / you have
eg. the symptoms of corona virus include fever, cough, breathing problems

eg. I have got infected by the corona virus

contagious – able to give sickness to someone else
eg. Corona virus is very contagious but a headache is not contagious at all.

eg. I had to quarantine for 14 days after I returned from Japan

I got used to the lifestyle / way of life / that kind of life / living like that

I helped write this 

when people meet other people they could be infected by them / they could get the infection from them because the virus is so contagious. I did nothing at home for the past 2 month because I must quarantine with my family to help the country to stop / control the spread of the virus
