He is making some tea for himself and the teddy bear to drink but then he wants to pour some milk / add some milk to it but he has drunk all of the milk / but there is no milk left / but he is out of milk so he wants to buy some. He wants to park his car near the shop but there are no spaces left / there is no parking so he parks his car in the no-parking zone and a police woman comes, and he doesn’t want her to know / find out he is going to park his car there so he says “morning” and then when he wants to go he sees a boy coming out / leaving who says “i quit” – he is very happy to see that there is a space for him to park his car. Another man comes out of the school and thinks Mr bean is the new teacher and mr bean wants to explain himself but he has no time so the man takes mr bean upstairs to the classroom, and the man locks the door so he can’t get out. The students are all misbehaving like throwing apples and stationary at him. They threw a duster at him and it makes his face white / covers him in white chalk, he wants to clean it and then a boy gives him a napkin covered in blue paint, which he thinks is just a blue napkin and he says the boy is good, so he wipes his face with the napkin which makes his face turn blue.
