I’m the founder of an insurance technology company which focuses on cross border e-commerce. The reason I started this company is because of my bad experience in the past shopping online in China. I noticed that when the products that I ordered got damaged, lost or very delayed during shipping, there was no way for my to resolve the problem through any service of platform, but I was able to use my knowledge and experience working at IBM to resolve my problem for myself, so I realised there was a gap in the market that I could fill.
