My alarm goes off at 6:30 and then I wake up 10 minutes later. I go to my bathroom brush my teeth for 2 minutes and then I wash my face for 1 minute because this is my habit. Then I get dressed my sport clothes, I ready I go to club and I warm up for 15 minutes. I’m swimming for 20 or 40 minutes in the pool. After I finish, I have a shower for 5 minutes. I go to my home have a breakfast.
