my boss he is a smart one, he’s very brilliant. he was in france to study the master but he only older than me 1 year, so i think he is a lot of potential but i dont think he is a good leader. i think it’s very stubborn. so i think he’s not a good leader because we have 6 colleagues not include him, include him is 7. in our team everyone has a different ability. i think if you are a good leader you should listen to everyone thought and brief him or her to do the best. but he always focus himself. i try to suggest him how to put everyone in a right position but he didn’t use my suggestion. that’s one reason. another reason is, about my department, we should plan something in the future. i think it’s boss job. boss should plan one department, what can we do and how can we do. he tell us his boss don’t tell him so he didn’t tell us, i dont think it’s a good way to do it.
