every year we have the campus recruiting in my company just to recruit some management trainee and in last year we recruited about 20 graduate student and then project took about 3 months and we had 4 rounds for the interview. the first round they will have an online test it focus on the intelligence and some just easy english test and the 2nd round we had a focus group. we arranged them 5 people into 1 group. so we divide them into a lot of group and we provided the topic in advance and they have about 20 minutes to discuss in the group, after discussion they need to make a presentation for us.

on the 3rd round we had a competence interview and we had 3 interview to interview 1 candidate each time. maybe they feel pressure and after this round if they performance better they will have the opportunity to join our company as an intern. it’s a better opportunity for them to know our company and at the same time we will have some time to observe them.

In the 3rd round we had a competence interview and we had 3 interviewers to interview each candidate individually. maybe they feel pressure / are stressed / nervous / tired and after this round if they performed better / well relative to the other candidates / comparatively better / they are outstanding / they show a lot of promise (potential) they will have the opportunity to join our company as an intern. it’s a good opportunity for them to know our company and at the same time we will have some time to observe them.
