the 3 questions for verbs and nouns, have / don’t have / there is / there isn’t

in the class have the 28 students, yesterday i know have the 20 students have the cold. the teacher called the parents. the baby is feeling ok? the parents say just haven’t fever but have the cough. so the teacher say no it’s no problem, so come come come.  in the private school if the students cannot go to school the salary is really down, this month, but every student go to school, or every student in the class the salary is no problem. my sons health is really good, always haven’t the cough, fever, but from September to now every day have the cough. 

There are 28 students in the class. Yesterday i know there were 20 students who have colds. the teacher called the parents and they asked “the baby is feeling ok?” and the parents said “they don’t have a fever but they have a cough”. so the teacher said “no it’s no problem, so just come to school“.  in private schools if the students cannot go to school the salary will go down, this month, but if every student goes to school, or every student is in class the salary stays the same. my son’s health is really good, he never has a cough or fever, but from September to now every day he has a cough.
