Main point: the key changes that we are proposing are: adding water / flame resistant technology, so price increase necessity
Why: the reason for this change is that – fishing + hunting uses, added durability, happy customer
How: the way that this change can be made is by – change to manufacturing process
Who: the parties involved would be – fabric factory, manufacturing plant, testing lab
Current: currently the product being produced is – fabric not water resistant, flame retardant ability.
