I thought we can communicate a lot, but in the end I found nothing to say.
A year ago, I invited her to join our team from other companies.But now she is different from everyone’s idea, so she wants to leave.
Yesterday we had lunch together, I felt a little sad. But I don’t know what to say.
She is often criticized by her boss for her job. She works overtime every day and has no time to take care of her family. So I say join our team and do what you want to do. Now, she says actually worse than before.
