everybody feels lonely from time to time. when your friends can’t spend their time with you , when you move to a new city , each of them can make you feel lonely. nowadays many people around the world feels lonely, and unprecedented number of us feel isolated.

lonely and alone are 2 different things, lonely is subjective and individual experience, if you feel lonely you are lonely, you can’t use fame, money , fans to protect you against loneliness, because it’s a part of your biology, loneliness is bodily function. hunger is also like that, hunger makes you pay attention to your physical needs, what loneliness makes you pay attention to your social needs, being social became part of our biology, because being together means survival, being alone means death.

you can’t protect yourself from loneliness with money, fame and fans. because it’s part of our biology as a mental and physical effect on our brain and body.

hunger is a similar feeling that makes you pay attention to your physical needs, while loneliness makes you pay attention to your social needs

being social became part of our biology, because being together means feeling alive and being alone means death.
