What camera to buy?

I have a reflex camera, but it is very old compared to the another new ones there are in the current market. I bought it seven years ago approximately, that kit included a body camera and two basic lenses. Now when I had a little bit experience taking photos I feel that need to change it, because it characteristics now are enough for me. For example, my body camera and my lenses don´t have Image Stabilizer, and if your hands aren’t completely motionless when you take a photo, the photo may be blurred. I think is necessary do you have these options, such as too more focus points, my body camera has only 9 focus point when now the cameras have more the 50 focus points and it is very important when a you want take photo to person is moving. And another thing that I agree I need to change my camera is that new cameras have wifi and Bluetooth, it´s very convenient because avoid many processes when you want to have a photo in your social networks or your phone immediately, and you don’t need waiting, to go anywhere and connect your computer and to do many things until get it. I think my new camera will is canon M50, what do you thing?

For example, my camera and my lenses doesn’t have Image Stabilizer, if your hands aren’t completely motionless / steady when you take the photo, the photo will be blurred.
