Polite- when you do something to make people happy and comfortable.

e.g. It is polite to say thank you when someone does something for you.

Impolite- when you do something that makes people feel uncomfortable.

e.g. It is impolite not to hold the door for someone behind you.

e.g. If you don’t have a receipt you cannot return something.

Obliged- something that you must do.

e.g. I am obliged to go to work everyday because I need to make money to eat.

Bribe- when you give someone something like money or presents, so they can help you later.

e.g. it is illegal to bribe doctors and politicians in China

Patient- bing ren a person who needs to see a doctor.

e.g. If you are a patient, you are usually in the hospital or the clinic.

First Class- The most expensive ticket you can buy in an airplane.

e.g. I only travel first class, so that’s why I never go anywhere.  (joke)
