Vocabulary

Sponsor/Sponsorship- when a company pays all your expenses so they can get more visibility.

e.g. Red Bull sponsors a lot of car races, many people see the red bull logo.

Sustainable/Eco-friendly- Something that can be used again or that doesn’t have a bad impact on the environment.

e.g. Using eleme is not very eco-friendly because they use so much plastic and other kinds of non-degradable materials.

Last year, I was in Paris. I have worked there for already three years so I already had some partner who can give me work regularly but this year for some reason I went back to Shanghai in January it means I gave up all my contacts in Paris and I restart here. At first I didn’t know how to get new contact here because I didn’t know anyone who worked in this industry so at the beginning I felt a little bit confused. Then I tried to contact some of my friends in Paris and then asked them if they knew someone in Shanghai who can give me some work and I could give them a lower price. And one of my friend introduced me a french producer who works in Shanghai. He added me in wechat group. in the group all the people are in this industry but they’re foreigners. So from this wechat group I got more and more works cause they always find someone who can speak Chinese and English that’s why I begin to learn English here. Before I worked always with French, the French working style is very slow for one project, they can take one month or two months, but now as I work with different kind of people, I learned to  adjust me to work with different working styles. It helps me much.

This year because I think less than when I was in Paris I tried to develop myself here. I used to be a professional badminton player before but I stopped for years, since I arrived in France. But this year I begin to replay badminton and find a coach to teach me. I play 3 or 4 times a week ,and do some workout maybe once per week and also I love KPop for a long time. From this year, I began to learn Kpop the dance, so maybe one or two times per month. I tried to learn different things when I’m not very busy, and when I’m young.  When I was in paris I w0rked too much , so i didn’t have much time to make new friends. This year I made a lot of friends, and I made a lot of friends, and saturday and sunday if im in Shanghai I go out to some bars with my friends. And also my English, since I arrived in France I forgot of my English, now as I have time, I want learn more and its for my work and also for my personal life.
