because I live in my house from the time i born so i didn’t move my house so since the time i go back to my home and can see the park clearly. From my childhood i was played in that park, both because of the location is near and its quite good for me to relax, and was play there when I am in kindergarten and i think the park is growing with me. The park is changing and I’m growing up.  Sometimes I feel disappointed for some reason then I will take a walk in the park because I think if i can breathe some fresh air I can probably change my mood for the better.

It must be the most beneficial and toughest process in everyone’s life, and the main link before us to stand firm on the society, which is the curricular activities of university and colleges need to be enough abundance. Because of the studies at university and colleges will be the final step to achieve our dreams, also the final preparation for independent life, the students should have more sports and social activities for a more comprehensive learning system. For this reason, I agree with receive equal financial support both on sports and social activities.
Likewise, if the students would like to maintain their brain to operate efficiently, they need a healthy body for basement. As common sense, a health body depends on daily exercising, the habit of diet, and optimistic attitude to life. The older age signifies the heavy studies, so there won’t much spare time to play sports for the seniors，even have the three meals one day can be painful. Well, I wonder that the university and colleges should take some immediate actions. The first step is to ensure the financial support of the sports, new exercising equipment, high quality of PE class, excavate faculty resources… …
On the other hand, the sports meeting represent the social activities. There maybe not so much connection between, but the same advantage for doing sports and attending social activities is the effective way to reduce stress as adjust the state of mood. The conclusion relies on my own feeling for what I had undergone. Once, during exam week, the atmosphere in my class was such low and oppressive. Luckily, the PE class was still survived. We went downstairs to the playground. Afterwards, our PE teacher asked we to join a chasing game. The rules were simple to understand, but everyone participated into this game and enjoyed this lesson with ease. It’s just an easy example to show the importance of the process to make your attitude get better.
