Octopus (bajjuayu)- The sea creature that has 8 legs.

e.g. I love to eat roast octopus.

Squid (youyu)- The sea creature  that has a pointy head.

e.g. I love to eat roast squid in Japan.

Dehydrated-  When someone or something is missing water, can also be used for food.

e.g. the doctor told me that I was very dehydrated and should drink a lot more water

e.g. I used dehydrated mushrooms for this recipe.

Concentrated- when some kind of flavor, taste, or smell, becomes very intense.

e.g. The taste of dried seafood is much more concentrated than fresh seafood.
