Corrected

I have been working in the IT industry around 15 years. Currently, I am working at Nielsen, which is a market research company. I want to study English because I want to be able to communicate with my colleagues better and more effectively, and I can chat with them using higher level vocabulary.

I also need to have more confidence when speaking to strangers in English.

I slept until 11 AM because I’m catching up on sleep/because I was very tired and needed to sleep more. After I woke up, I went to a shopping mall to find some books and then, had lunch. Saturday I still worked for half a day because I took a new job role leading the service team. Sunday I was busy doing housework. I had to wash my clothes, and vacuum and mop the floor. I watched a movie, till 1 o clak in the morning.
