Vocabulary

Advertise (verb) –  to try and make people buy something by using some kind of media (music,video, pictures etc)

e.g. There were people outside the Kerry Center advertising a big sale at Dunkin Donughts.

Advertisment-  noun  guang gao the thing that makes you want to buy something

e.g. There is a big iphone advertisement on the kerry center.

Fleas- small bugs that attack animals and make them very itchy

e.g. The kitten I took into my home yesterday had fleas

Lice- a kind of bug that  gets onto people’s heads and makes them itchy/

Exterminator- a person who kills bugs at someone’s house.

e.g. I had to call the exterminator because I found bedbugs in my bed.
