Vocabulary

Admit- When you accept something you said or did./ DEF2 To allow in, to bring in and register someone.

e.g. She was admitted to the hospital because she was malnourished

Host- USED AS A VERB OR A NOUN

e.g. My friends hosted me when I went to Taiwan.

e.g. Women are supposed to be good hosts but I really don’t care for hosting people.

Interrogation-When you are being asked many questions so someone can find out the truth.

e.g. The criminal was being investigated by the police for four hours until he confessed.

Quota- The number of something you must reach.

e.g. Immigration  has a quota of people they must check everyday.

I’m very excited to go to Boulder soon and 

There’s a slight issue I’m wondering if you could help me with. 

I was interrogated/interviewed in a private room when I was passing through immigration

I’m wondering if it’s not too much trouble,  could you please send me a letter confirming that I will attend and enroll in the yoga workshop from Nov to Jan? I’d like to have this on hand just in case immigration gives me any trouble.
