Season- A group of episodes

e.g. I watched Season 1 and 2 of Black Mirror yesterday.

Dating- When you have a girlfriend or boyfriend.

e.g. I have been dating my girlfriend for two years now.

Prime Minister- the leader of a country like Britain or Canada

e.g. The British prime minister is Teresa May

Hostage- A person who is under control and might be hurt or killed if the other person controlling them doesn’t get money

e.g. They couldn’t save the hostage because the criminal already killed her.

Struggle- To have difficulty in doing something.

e.g. I struggle to learn English

Drugs- Weed or other things you can take, usually illegal.

e.g. In Amsterdam drugs like weed are legal.

Royal- Kings, Queens, Princes etc.

e.g. In Dubai, there are many royal family members who live there.

Inherit- Something you get from someone who died.

e.g. I inherited my grandmother’s house.

Exercise bike-  A bike that doesn’t move, only good for exercise not travel.

e.g. I have an exercise bike in my bedroom I use every night.
