Speaking exercise

I work at sales support assistant and my daily work responsibility is use the excel to generate form. -> I work as a sales support assistant. My daily work responsibility is to use Excel to generate reports.

I have been told every teacher what I do. -> I told every teacher what I do. (More complicated: I have told every teacher what I do. I have been telling every teacher what I do. Have been means that I did it in the past, and I am still currently doing it in the present).

My company is foreign company. It is American company. -> My company is a foreign company. It is an American company.

We have lots of customers and our coworkers will go to the place about restaurants and hotels to service them. -> We have lots of customers. My coworkers go to restaurants and hotels to service them.

Our coworkers will catch the rodent and kill the flies and insects. When they end the service they will upload the data about how many rodents they catched them and I will put the data together and generate a form. -> My coworkers will catch the rodents and kill the flies and insects. Because other department have opportunity so I prepared. Grammar

Articles – “a” “an” and “the”. Used before nouns to show number or specificity. Use “a” before nouns when there is one of something, or if it is one of many things. Use “an” in the same way when the next word begins with a vowel. Use “the” when the noun you are referring to is something or someone specific, or if it is plural.

ex: He is a doctor. He is a good doctor. He is good. He is an astronaut. He is an English teacher.

Verb tense –

Present perfect – have + verb+ed: something that was done in the past that is still true in the present. I have washed the dishes.

Past perfect – had + verb+ed: something that was done in the past that may no longer be true in the present. I had washed the dishes yesterday.

present perfect continuous – have been + verb-ing: have been telling, have been playing. I have been washing the dishes for an hour.

past perfect continuous – had been + verb-ing: I had been washing the dishes, but now I am not.
