Do you agree or disagree with the statement that experienced doctors are better than young doctors?

I think the experienced doctor identity the fact of the disease more quickly or exactly. I think they have lots of experience at the how to communicate with patient. And tell them the cause of the disease. They will reduce the nervous of their disease. But for young doctors, I think they have more ambition in their professional work than the older one. They will work harder than the older one, they have more energy to deal with patient’s issue.

I think an experienced doctor can identify the disease more quickly or exactly. I think they have lots of experience at communicating with patients, and telling them the cause of their disease. An experienced doctor will reduce the nervousness of the patient [An experienced doctor will reduce the patient’s nervousness after a diagnosis]. But, for young doctors, I think they have more ambition in their professional work than older ones. They will work harder than older ones, they will have more energy to deal with patients’ issues.

Agree this statement. Firstly I think the most important thing in business is the communication skills. You should communicate with your colleague to discuss something in daily life. You should present your idea more clearly. If you are a nice guy, you can seek your colleague’s help very smooth and they will glad to help you, and I think it is more important in business life. I think for person, if it is popular with his colleague, he will have more challenge to get promotion opportunity.
