Carol and I had a nice chat about her work and play life.  We discovered that we both have the automobile industry in our lives.  We fixed some errors.  We laughed about food choices.  The homework won’t be easy….but Carol said that she “needs some homework to practice, like pronunciation and writing”.

You said: not very good.  Better to say “I’m not doing so well.”

Should say: “I have worked in a State-Owned company for two years.”
